How I Beat Autoimmune Disease Without Medication

Small Fiber Neuropathy | 5 Years Later

5 Years Ago, almost to the day I was diagnosed with a condition that would change my life forever.

On July 27th 2019 I began to experience tingling in my palm. Working in video production at the time I shrugged this off as only a minor case of carpal tunnel, annoying to be sure, but nothing I couldn’t handle.

So I shrugged it off, got a wrist brace from Walgreens and continued with my daily live…but what came next I never could have imagined.

Within a week the tingling in my palm spread to my other hand, alarm bells starting going off in my head, but I quickly curbed this anxiety with the same ignorance that I took to the first signs of trouble.

Within weeks this tingling turned to burning, it also began to spread to other peripheral parts of my body including my neck, face, back, legs and feet.

After months of doctor hopping I was given a skin punch biopsy that confirmed I had something called “Small Fiber Neuropathy” where the sensory nerves in your body are damaged for various reasons

.
Eventually it was confirmed this was due to an autoimmune process in my body, but conventional medicine left me with little hope of recovery other than a lifetime of pain management and immunpsuppressing drugs.

Instead of giving into this life sentence, I fired my doctors and set out on another path.

This is my story, and how I not only got a hold of my symptoms, but put them into remission for good…

I went back to school and became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and I’m proud to say I’ve worked with nearly 50 neuropathic patients of various causes with great success.
